13-year-old boy charged in death of Toronto homeless man

Toronto police charged a 13-year-old boy with first-degree murder in the stabbing of a homeless man in the city’s west end. As Sean O’Shea reports, the 54-year-old victim was described as kind and undemanding by residents and employees near the plaza where he was killed Tuesday.
