Plante administration to raise property tax bills by 1.8% in 2025

City of Montreal officials are trying to bring relief to home owners. Property tax increases next year will be kept at or below the rate of inflation according to the mayor’s office, but opposition councillors aren’t impressed. Tim Sargeant reports.
