Growing demand for non-alcoholic beer at Oktoberfest

For about 500 years Germany has had a law about beer production — it can only contain four ingredients: malt, hops yeast and water. It was based on food safety but in 2024 there is a new trend taking hold — removing the alcohol. Heather Yourex-West looks into the buzz behind non-alcoholic beer.
