Fredericton is deciding the fate of its ceremonial guard program. Last spring, its uniforms were damaged in a fire, and now the city is considering developing a new plan that includes Acadian and Indigenous history. But some city councillors also want to see programs offered in the interim. Global’s Anna Mandin reports.
