B.C. volunteer medical group ‘Operation Rainbow’ preparing for Kenya mission

A B.C. based volunteer medical team is making preperations for their next mission, this time to Kenya. The non-profit ‘Operation Rainbow’ has been doing missions, helping those with conditions like cleft pallates, for more than two decades. However as Julia Foy reports this year the team is missing one of its best.
