Italian man who bought stolen Churchill portrait speaks out as photo returns to Canadian custody

After nearly three years, the Roaring Lion, that priceless portrait of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill stolen from Ottawa’s Fairmont Château Laurier hotel, is a step closer to coming back to Canada. A ceremony was held in Rome ceremony that saw the photo returned to Canadian hands.
