Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh grilled members of the Liberal Party during question period on Tuesday, after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s political party suffered the loss of a second Liberal stronghold in a Montreal byelection. “Canadians in the former Liberal strongholds of Toronto and Montreal have now given their verdict,” Poilievre said. Meanwhile, Singh said that “It’s clear from the results of the election last night, the Liberals are done.”
