Family members of patients allegedly brainwashed at a Montreal psychiatric hospital decades ago say they want their day in court. A class-action lawsuit over the MK-ULTRA program has been dragging on for years, and now the federal government and the MUHC have filed motions to dismiss the lawsuit.
