Catastrophic flooding continues to sweep through central and eastern Europe from storm Boris, claiming at least seven lives. Some areas have received up to a month’s worth of rain in just two days pushing emergency responders to the limit and prompting officials to declare disaster zones. Bianca Facchinei reports.
