‘Snacks for Kids’ program ready for another school year

As classes are back in session, Vancouver Firefighters are helping to do their part to help combat food insecurity with its ‘Snacks for Kids’ program, which is in its 11th year, providing food options to over 6,000 students across 68 schools in Vancouver. Emma Farrell, Snacks for Kids Assistant Coordinator and Brandon Davies the Director of Fundraising joins Global News Morning to chat about the growing need for donations for students across the city.
