A Palestinian woman, who has been protesting outside Federal Immigration Minister Marc Miller’s Montreal office for months, has been charged with harassment and mischief. The woman and two others were arrested following an incident involving Miller in Verdun last week. She was released conditions but as Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the case is raising questions about freedom of speech.
