Call for province to review cost overruns at North Shore wastewater plant

A group of seven city councillors from around the Lower Mainland is formally calling on the provincial government to launch an inquiry into the huge cost overrun of the North Shore wastewater treatment plant. As Andrea Macpherson reports, the project is now roughly five times its original price tag and years behind schedule.
