B.C. drug deaths down in July, death toll remains grim

New data from the British Columbia Coroners Service shows year-over-year drug deaths were down every month so far this year, but 192 people still died in July due to unregulated drug toxicity. As Julia Foy reports, it comes as two people died in a suspected group overdose on Vancouver Island.
