The VPL’s canine library is back, and once again avid readers and dog lovers will get to enjoy the best of both worlds. The Vancouver Public Library’s Candie Tanaka and Ashten Black of St. John Ambulance tell us about this unique program with the help of poetry loving dog ‘Pig’.
