Calgary officials warn taps could run dry if water usage does not decline

Officials say Calgary is at a critical point of infrastructure repair and that with the Bearspaw south feeder main turned off, there is a limited supply of water. As Elissa Carpenter reports, they say if people don’t reduce their water consumption, taps could run dry.
