The union representing more than 9,000 rail workers says it will comply with a ruling by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that forces the employees back to work – although it plans to appeal. While this means operations will resume on Canada’s two main rail lines Monday, experts say it will come at a cost. Plus, Housing Minister Sean Fraser announced the Canada Public Land Bank initiative on Sunday, a program where 56 federal properties have been identified as land to support more housing.
