CBE prepares for cellphone restrictions in classrooms

When the first bell of the school year rings, Alberta students won’t be allowed to use their cellphones in the classroom. However, the provincial government says school divisions have until Jan. 1 to set policies. CBE policy co-ordinator Mark Bylsma joins Global News Morning Calgary to talk about the CBE’s plans.
