A local photographer is giving back to some of Halifax’s favourite, longstanding businesses through a new photo series inspired by the community. As Ella MacDonald reports, Haley MacPhee says she wants to invoke nostalgia and a feeling of homecoming with the project titled ‘Time and Tide.’
