New bylaw hopes to reduce birds crashing into glass surfaces

The borough of Saint-Laurent has passed a new bylaw, hoping that it will save the lives of birds. Adopted at the end of June, the new bylaw aims to reduce the risks of bird collisions with glass surfaces. Felicia Parrillo explains.
