New regulations in N.B. mandate people with disabilities receive minimum wage

Regulations under the Employment Stands Act, which sees that people with disabilities qualify for minimum wage, came into effect on Thursday. But advocates say that employers are firing those who would qualify in an effort to keep wage costs down. Global’s Silas Brown has more.
