Gastown businesses lose customers because of the Pedestrian Only Zone

Businesses in Gastown are raising concerns that the pedestrian pilot project might actually be scaring customers off. Chris Kanuka, the C.O.O. of the Spaghetti Factory, says revenues are down 30 percent.
