U.S. urges restraint after Israel’s revenge strike on Hezbollah

Israel claims to have killed a Hezbollah commander, after attacking a residential neighbourhood in Lebanon’s capital of Beiruit. The operation is in retaliation to a previous rocket strike that killed 12 people in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
