The City of Calgary has moved to Stage 2 outdoor water restrictions after workers were able to restart another pump at the Bearspaw Water Treatment plant. Shovels are in the ground for a $50-million flood protection project. It’s sticky and disgusting, but aphids are making a large mess in Calgary.
