Officially marking the beginning of the 75th annual NATO Summit, in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg reflected on the alliance’s history and its ongoing efforts to aid Ukraine in its war with Russia. Despite speaking positively throughout his speech, Stoltenberg admitted “our alliance is not perfect, and we will continue to face difficult decisions in the future.”
