At the daily press briefing in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, the White House defended U.S. President Joe Biden’s performance during last week’s debate against former U.S. President Donald Trump, attributing it to a “bad night.” In response to a reporter’s question, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also denied that the 81-year-old president has “Alzheimer’s, any form of dementia or degenerative illness.”
