July 1 is a day for most Canadians to celebrate the birthday of their nation — Canada Day — but for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, it marks Memorial Day. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau flew out to mark the occasion, where tribute was paid to an unknown soldier who was lost in the First World War (WWI).
