U.S. President Joe Biden addressed his poor debate performance on Thursday evening, during a campaign stop in Raleigh, N.C. Biden noted that he doesn’t speak, walk or debate as well as he used to but said he is intends to win a second term in the upcoming U.S. presidential election.
