Delta calls for more bus shelters in industrial area

Workers in Delta’s industrial areas say they are being left out in the cold – quite literally – when it comes to transit infrastructure. As Janet Brown reports, a push is on to add more bus shelters for those working in the Tilbury and Annacis Island areas.
