Quebec coroner orders public inquiry into quadriplegic man’s death after hospital stay

Quebec’s chief coroner has called a public inquiry into the death of a man who used medical aid in dying to end his life after complications during a stay at a hospital. Normand Meunier was 66 years old when he died this past March after developing a major bedsore. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
