City of Kingston prepares for heat wave

It’s a jungle out there. At least that’s how it “feels” with the soaring heat and humidity. The summer season won’t arrive until Thursday — but we’re already getting a taste of what’s to come. While some people can seek-out the shade or the a-c — others still have to work outdoors in this weather.
