A West Kelowna man on a low income suddenly finds himself at risk of losing everything, all because of repairs he did on his home years ago. The mobile home park he lives in will soon be redeveloped. And even though his home is set to be demolished, the company behind the redevelopment is demanding the 64-year-old man bring the home up to current BC building code standards or he’ll receive nothing for it.
