Steven Guilbeault defended his record as environment minister during question period on Monday amid calls from Conservative MPs that he resign over a report detailing the true economic impacts of carbon pricing. Internal data released Friday found carbon pricing is expected to have a negative impact on Canada’s GDP of $25 billion.
