Halifax couple calls for less restrictive housing bylaws

A Halifax couple says the city should be doing more to help families build affordable housing. With the future of their current rental uncertain, they’re hoping to put up a mini home on a family member’s land. But as Skye Bryden-Blom reports, they say strict bylaws have been getting in the ways.
