Capital gains tax debate rages in Parliament: ‘Promising to tax, borrow and spend us into fairness’

The debate on the Liberals’ stand-alone motion to put a capital gains tax adjustment in place continued in the House of Commons during question period on Tuesday. The debate came after the Conservatives released a statement saying they would oppose the motion.
