Indigenous students say Quebec’s language law sets them up for ‘failure’

Indigenous students in English CEGEPs are speaking out against what they’re calling a discriminatory law. They say a Quebec language law is discouraging many from pursuing higher education in the province, but the government is standing by its decision. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
