Toronto man found guilty of murdering, decapitating mother apologizes

A Toronto man who admitted to killing and dismembering his mother apologized in court for what he did. As Catherine McDonald reports, the defence is urging the judge to impose the lowest period of parole ineligibility for second-degree murder, saying Dallas Ly was a youthful first-time offender who had been abused by his mother.
