Provincial housing targets proving challenging

The province’s efforts to create more affordable housing in B.C. are missing the mark. Vancouver has a long way to go to meet its targets, especially for affordable rental units. But as Aaron McArthur reports, the city is confident the goal will not only be met, but exceeded.
