Saskatoon pastor alleges Emergency Wellness Centre operating illegally

On Wednesday, Fairmont Baptist Church pastor Robert Pearce alleged that Fairhaven’s Emergency Wellness Centre was “listed as a special care home so that [the operators] could avoid a rezoning hearing because listing the space as a shelter would require public hearings.”
