Moscow rung in the May Day holiday this Wednesday by inviting locals to the opening of an exhibit that features Western tanks and military hardware captured in Ukraine by the Russian army. According to a statement by the Russian Defence Ministry, it is intended to reassure the Russian population that Western aid will not help Ukraine win the ongoing war.
