Northumberland riders tout return of VIA Rail commuter train after 4-year absence

For the first time in four years, an early morning commuter train is returning to the tracks. VIA Rail has announced a new service serving communities from Ottawa to Toronto, arriving downtown by 9 a.m.. As Robert Lothian reports, bringing this service back to the tracks has been no easy feat.
