Plans moving forward to build housing in Dartmouth’s Shannon Park

We’re learning more about the site for new housing and Pallet villages in the area. Shannon Park in Dartmouth now has those plans, according to officials. But one city councillor says it’s time the projects move to other parts of the municipality. Zack Power reports.
