Toronto’s mayor disappointed by lacking Subway funds in federal budget

While the federal budget has a lot on offer for Toronto, including housing funds, Mayor Olivia Chow said she was disappointed at lacking Line 2 funds. But Chow remains hopeful she can lobby for the money ahead of the aging line’s approaching end of life. Matthew Bingley reports.
