Hearing into Victoria police officer’s actions in 2019 death of Lisa Rauch

A public hearing has begun into what role the actions of a Victoria police officer played in the death of women almost five years ago. Three previous investigation have cleared the officer of any wrongdoing, but as Kylie Stanton reports the latest hearing follows a review of those findings by a retired judge and the woman’s family is hoping it answers a string of questions they still have.
