The closures, restrictions and isolation at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic were tough for everyone. And it seems a famous parrot in Atlantic Canada was affected as well. His name is Merlin and he’s now bound for a new home, with hopes that a change in scenery will raise his spirits. Heidi Petracek reports on the final farewell to a museum mascot.
