It was eight years ago today that the toxic drug crisis was declared a public health emergency in B.C. Since then it has claimed more than 14,000 lives. A group of people who have lost loved ones have gathered in Richmond to help clarify what they say are misconceptions many have about drug users. Grace Ke reports.
