Russia flooding: Orenburg region swamped as dam collapse triggers once-in-a-century floods

Officials in Russia are scrambling to help people displaced by floods as water levels continue to rise in the Ural River, near the border with Kazakhstan. The flooding in Orenburg is being described as the worst the region has seen in nearly a century.
