Francophone universities worried about international student cap

As the academic year draws to a close at most universities, concerns are mounting over the new cap on international student admissions. This could especially impact Francophone post-secondary institutions outside Quebec, like Universite de Moncton, which have a high percentage of international student enrolment. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
