‘I was never going to quit’: UK man becomes 1st person to run entire length of Africa

An extreme marathon runner from the U.K. finished his near-year-long goal of running the entire length of Africa on Sunday. On the final leg of his 352-day run, 27-year-old Russ Cook was joined by dozens of supporters to celebrate the end of a more than 16-thousand-kilometer trek across 16 countries.
