Residents and visitors of New York state are still talking about a rare 4.8 magnitude earthquake that hit parts of New Jersey and New York City on Friday. While the tremors shook residences and businesses, taking locals by complete surprise, it left very little damage. Some even mistook the rumblings for underground subway trains.
