Household trash typically ends up in landfills, oceans, or incinerated — processes that harm the environment. The County of Wetaskiwin has found a new solution: a partnership with Canadian company Sustane Technologies Inc. to reduce how much garbage actually goes to the dump by as much as 90 per cent.
